Return & Exchange Policy​

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward ​30-day return and exchange policy​ from the date of delivery.

​Conditions for Returns & Exchanges​

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags attached and protective materials in place. It must be returned in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalized (e.g., engraved), altered, or show signs of wear and use.

​How to Initiate a Return or Exchange​

Please contact us within the 30-day window to initiate the process. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item. For your convenience, we may offer a pre-paid return shipping label.

​Refunds​

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will process the new order once the returned item has been received and passed our quality control check. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
